"There's a perfectly good ladder over there!"
This is my awesomely late half of mine and
's art trade. She did an awesome rendition of ohNest over here, and I feel bad for taking well over a week longer than I said I would on this.
But here it is, in all its un-stunning glory. Nevertheless, I had fun on this. I was gonna make a comic, but the ony idea I could come up with didn't make for a very funny comic, so I basically just took a brief summation of the idea and applied it to a single picture, and I think I prefer it. Also, that's probably the most adorable face I've ever drawn on a character.

I absolutely adore the way you arranged this--the background is beyond funky, way to use those graphic design skills. Plus those colours are always hues I associate with your work. Freaking stellar ambience. And the characters--MAN ALIVE--these two are hilariously themselves in your way groovy style. Just plain -awesome-. Hi5 looks like he has his life set on that light bulb and Hi is an irritated grumble of a ladder. And the adorable face...! Pure sacchrine, dude, it's killer.
I know that comic would've come out fifty times funnier than something lame I'd think of, but this definitely exceeds any one pin-up I could do. We have the best art trades, man. Tons and tons of gratitude and love!

DUDE, practically everything I do makes me cringe every time I look at it (god, why do I HAVE a dA account?). Everything except the dew. I do the dew very well, I think.
